If you commission me, you agree to the following terms:
As the artist...
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission
- Maintain the right to post a commission on social media for marketing purposes
(I will not post pieces upon request)
- All material used to create this project remain property of Someonelikesducks
I, as the commissioner, agree to...
- Not use commissioned art to train AI or any related computer programs
- Not to sell or reprint commissioned art for a profit
- Not to refund under any circumstances
- Not mint or sell the art for NFT
- Not to haggle for a price
- Be able to post commissioned art as long as PROPER CREDIT is given or LINKED

How to order:
- You will be required to send an email detailing the commission requestFill out a email and send it to [email protected] with the following information
- Title the email YourName's_Commission
- Art type (ex: chibi, bust etc)
- Size (maximum is default)
- Purpose (wallpaper, profile picture, etc)
- Reference images (optional but preferred)
- Additional details such as pose, facial expressions, action
- You may also request for your commission to be posted on social media (I will @ you if so)
- After I accept a commission, full payment is due upfront.
- I will not start the commission if I am not paid the initial fee- You may also ask for progress sketches
- You may also ask for a speedpaint(Please note that I have the right to refuse any requests)
